Step 1 — Enter Securely

Upon arrival, authenticate your identity by tapping your access card and completing facial biometric verification. Once verified, you'll be granted access to your own private viewing room.

Step 2 — Retrieve Your Safe Deposit Box

Inside the private viewing room, insert your access card and enter your unique PIN. Our fully automated robotic retrieval system will locate and securely deliver your safe deposit box directly to you.

Step 3 — Access Your Valuables

When your safe deposit box arrives, use your personal key to unlock it. No one else has access to your box or its contents. Retrieve or store your valuables in complete privacy.

Step 4 — Secure Your Box

Once you've finished, close and lock your safe deposit box using your key. Tap button on screen to send it back into the system.
